Another question , Which is the prefered way of setting the memory setting in jbossweb as a service using etc/init.d/ script, either using CATALINA_OPTS="-Xms256M -Xmx1000M" or the setting JAVA_OPTS in bin/catalina.sh ? I also sometime saw somewhere the CATALINA_OPTS being set in the bash profile environment file. Of course , in start as a service /auto start on boot context. Am trying it on JBoss 5 and its nearly working... Main issue we had was a reverse lookup of IP of our KDC resulted in a different server name... Using the negotiation toolkit, basic negotiation and security domain tests work, but the secured test results in a 401 page. I have server logs and config but is this the right place to post questions and if not where should they go ? [EJB/JBoss] - Multiple war in one ear, deployed to root context in differe

I have an application where several sites works with one common back end. That is implemented by having one ear file with multiple war files, one per each site with virtual-host and context-path set in jboss-web.xml. If I add schema information to application.xml then the ear fails to deploy, it requires context-path to be set for each web module and each has to be unique, i.e. I can't set all to /. It doesn't take into account that those web modules use different virtual host. The only workaround I've found so far is to not have any schema information in the file, hence it's not validated. What is the correct way to solve this issue? [JBoss Tools (users)] - EL content assist and EAR JBoss Tools on 3.0.0.GA-N200902101

Hello to all, in this day i try to use the last night build of JBoss Tools with Eclipse ganymede SR1. I've found some problem with EL content assist. I've a EAR seam projet, the content assist work good with the seam natural component and with a ejb seam componet write by me, but if I try use content assist with my seam's annotate javabean it not work. Is the "ca" normal behaviors for a ear seam project? I can't mix ejb and java bean o not?
