Is it jsp or xhtml? Just to check if WTP cause the problem could you create any xhtml and check some EL in text node since in that case only JBoss Tools auto compition will work. What did you set java.library.path to? It has to be set to the full PATH because only java.library.path will be checked for DLLs and the DLLs on which they rely. If you don't want to add everything that is in PATH to java.library.path you can use the Dependency Walker (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) to determine which DLLs are required by ocijdbc10.dll. [JBoss Tools (users)] - High CPU on JSF auto-complete

Hi, I see this behavior with Jboss tools and WTP JSF. When I go to autocomplete a jsf tag like value="#{bean.method}" it finds the list of beans very quickly. But when I hit ctrl-space after the period (bean.) it takes about 15 seconds with 100% cpu to pull up the list of methods. But it's not just the first time. It does this every time like it won't cache something. Does anyone have an idea of what to look for? I don't really have that many public methods, maybe 30 or so... I created a small bean and it finishes much faster. Any ideas what might be causing my existing beans to be so slow or any settings we can try? Thanks! I add java.library.path to my Eclipse JBoss server configuration and get this error: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\Phillip.OFFICE\dev\instantclient_10_2\ocijdbc10.dll: Can't find dependent libraries Any ideas about this one? This directory is in my system PATH and I have ORACLE_HOME set to this also. Again, Tomcat is perfectly happy with this environment. I see, so we are obtaining the RL for the application (held while the application request is running). This avoids the cooperative locking scheme that would of required the application to lock on the sessionFacade object. Some potential performance issues that could challenge this approach. 1. During http session replication, further http requests (from users that are involved with the replication) will block (at least while the session level write lock is held for the replication). 2. When a http request is completing that has modified http session attributes, the replication will be delayed until the write lock can be obtained. This could introduce unexpected performance delays. 3. Are there additional performance implications for synchronous replication? If the user waits in the browser for the replication to complete, they could be waiting a long time, depending on when the write lock can be obtained. [Remoting] - Re: clientConnectAddress not working

I'm trying other things - specifically using "serverBindAddress" and that seems to work better. Did something happen to the Jboss/Remoting client such that it no longer uses or refers to "clientConnectAddress"?? No matter what I do, I can't get the client to behave any differently, specifying clientConnectAddress or not - as if it isn't supported on the client anymore.
