And also keep your antivirus firewall off, as it also creates a problem in sending mail. Inside that the action path is "j_security_check". After hitting the login button, probably it is going to some action mapping and action class, there I want to set some values in the session. I want to know the the particular action class or .java file. Or you can suggest me any other way to set up session variable after only successfull login. So there are two places where we should select directories on the JBoss Runtime dialog. The first directory is the home directory. Should be set to JBOSS_HOME. I think I didn't set this properly before, that was the problem. The second direcotry is for configuration. Select the JBOSS_HOME/server directory. JBoss comes from WTP 2. JBoss Community comes comes from JBossTools 3. JBoss Enterprise Middlware comes from JBossTools I'm taking about second category.
