What do you mean? Dou you want to know how many separate app server instances you can run? If so, that all depends on your system (how much memory do you have is usually the biggest issue) and how bust each instance will be.
If your app server instances are really busy, I usually recommand 2GB per instance. Also I usually recommend a NIC for every two instances. Additionally, you might want to allocate 1 or 2 CPUs per instance (that is, on a 4 core system run at most 4 instances).
If the app server instances are not busy, you can use less memory and allocate more instances per CPU.

Since the introspection implementation performs better than the javassist and bytecode implementations, I tried out something we mentioned on a call before JBoss World which was to use the introspection implementation and to generate the accessors. Unfortunately this also slows down bootup times, probably due to the time taken to generate and then load the class.

Hi,
seems your war file contains a xml parser. This is a known problem with JBoss: it contains its own xml parser, and thus a parser in a deployed application results in exceptions.
If possible remove all xml parser related jar files.
If this is not possible, you might play around with classloader configuration. I don't have a link now, but google will help you ;-)
Best regards
Wolfgang

Hi Felix,
you might need this in jbpm.cfg.xml:
also maybe your SpeaddWorkFlow.StartWorkFlow() method needs a @Transactional annotation?
and finally you can try to do whatever you do in line 245 of SpeaddWorkFlow.java within a command like described by HuiSheng in this http://community.jboss.org/thread/153892?tstart=0 thread:
> processEngine.execute(*new* Command() {
> *public* Object execute(Environment env) {
> // do something.
> *return* *null*;
> }
> });
