[JBoss Web Services Development] - When jboss server crash or first started. Where and how to set jboss to run a specific .java?

Can any pros out there give me some guidance on this? The task I wanted to perform is to check the database for any uncompleted task, and perform redo. In the current system, all processing request or queuing request are store in database. You can use jBPM in your standalone application using plain POJO 2. Use OpenEJB plugin for tomcat to get EJB container support in Tomcat since tomcat is mainly JSP/Servlet container. 3. Use Spring (Standalon/Webapplication) 4. Use jBPM in servlets. So it all depends on you how u want to access jBPM. I would rather ask you to refer the User Guide & Develop Guide to understand how you can build processes and deploy them. You can deploy processes as a archive or through your POJO/Spring Bean/EJB... using its repository service. [Beginner's Corner] - Why do my EJB method invocations hang at the server without executing any of the bean code?

To view the discussion, visit: http://community.jboss.org/message/555783#555783 -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi all, I'm having problems with bean method invocations when I run JBoss on Windows in a DOS prompt. Here's what I do: 1. Start the server with run.bat 2. Connect clients to a pair of stateful session beans and repeatedly execute some trivial bean methods After a few bean methods are executed successfully, the invocations start to hang. Once the hang begins, all attempts to execute any bean methods will hang. The strange thing is that when I press "ctrl-c" in the DOS prompt, I see one SocketException for each hung method invocation--and this not only releases the hung clients, but clears the hang altogether so that clients can once again execute bean methods. Of course, it is only a matter of minutes before invocations start to hang again, and I have to press "ctrl-c" again to release the stuck callers. It seems like this must be some kind of ultra-newbie problem. :-/ When I run JBoss inside of Eclipse this problem never occurs. Can someone please help me understand what is happening here? I check the FormAuthenticator.class where we forward to error page RequestDispatcher disp = context.getServletContext().getRequestDispatcher(config.getErrorPage()); disp.forward(request.getRequest(), response.getResponse()) So this way request has these parameters and its shown in the url when it forwards to error page. Is there any configuration or any new version of jar .. where this issue is fixed? After removing this from both files, it worked. Anyone have an explanation why this might be the case ?
