[jBPM] - NullPointerException - on taskclient.complete

I am working on tomcat 6 When the application starts - I start the taskserver: server = new MinaTaskServer(taskService); Thread thread = new Thread(server); When the user logs in to my application, I start a taskclient like this: TaskClient client = new TaskClient(new MinaTaskClientConnector("client 1", new MinaTaskClientHandler( SystemEventListenerFactory.getSystemEventListener()))); boolean connected = client.connect("127.0.0.1", 9123); I am using this taskclient in the code to start and complete it: BlockingTaskOperationResponseHandler responseHandler = new BlockingTaskOperationResponseHandler(); taskClient.start(taskId, userName, responseHandler); BlockingTaskOperationResponseHandler blockingTaskOperationResponseHandler = new BlockingTaskOperationResponseHandler(); taskClient.complete(taskId, userName, result, blockingTaskOperationResponseHandler); However, once it passes the taskClient.complete I get the exception: org.apache.mina.filter.codec.ProtocolEncoderException: java.lang.NullPointerException at org.apache.mina.filter.codec.ProtocolCodecFilter.filterWrite(ProtocolCodecFilter.java:313) at org.apache.mina.core.filterchain.DefaultIoFilterChain.callPreviousFilterWrite(DefaultIoFilterChain.java:506) at org.apache.mina.core.filterchain.DefaultIoFilterChain.access$1400(DefaultIoFilterChain.java:46) What could be the problem? -------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to this message by going to Community [http://community.jboss.org/message/582570#582570] Start a new discussion in jBPM at Community [http://community.jboss.org/choose-container!input.jspa?contentType=1&cont...]

[EJB3] - Is it possible to attach an object to active stateless session bean

I would like to assign/register an object to a running method of a session bean. This object is session related and its lifetime is limited to execution of a EJB method. During execution, any successive method call should be able to access this object without the need of passing it through the parameter. One may propose an associaive Array with the thread.id as a key and a object reference as a value. On JSF i would use a registered bean (request level). The Jboss works fine and I can set authorization and authentication for servlets and EJB. I would to access from my application to openldap server, but I do not know if this is possible. If I try to configure the datasource I need of jdbc ldap-brige driver. In the openlap site but the jdbc-ldap project is very old (project is dead?). The question is: Is possible to access to ldap server from my application? How the user can change password from my application ? LDAP server implements the features about expire account, time to access, etc. how can I to access this information from my application? Kind Regards. This node, which creates a wait condition without requiring human taskhas been extensively used in our jBPM3 projects. We used this state node to model the behavior of waiting for an external system to provide a response. As I do not see any equivalent state node in JBPM5, I woul appreciate anyrecommended approach or example. How can I use it in the code? 2. As well, there could be more than one process instance running - for example if there a few requests for the process - so how do I make sure that it's the one that is running? 3. It says in the documentation > Actions have access to globals and the variables that are defined for the process and the predefined variable context. [JBoss Cache] - Jboss Cache Replication Issues in Weblogic 10.3

The 2 nodes are coming up properly and joining the cluster as far as we can verify from weblogic logs. The problem is that changes to the cache is not getting replicated between the nodes. I have attached the configurations we are using below and logs from the UDP and jGroup. Is there any way to debug the cache replication issue? Since we are setting this up for the first time, any help would be appreciated.
