I handle my tasks with CommandBasedWSHumanTaskHandler. After this line: client.addTask(task, content, null); It should save the task to db. I see that only the first task is saved to DB, and when the code reaches the second human task - after this line it does not save to DB! We had server running on Max OSX , the max heap size set for JBoss here is 512mb. We are planning to migrate to Linux, the major concerns here with the same configuration for JBoss with 512mb as Heap Size, we are facing "out of memory" Can anyone please suggest me some performance tuning tips to avoid this error in Linux.Is there any patch for JBoss5.1.0 to increase the performance . looking forward for your help. We usually do that kind of things in the back. In old Drools Flow we use the input/output actions for that kind of things. but In the BPMN2 spec we don't have that concepts. Having a script task it's a hack, thats true, we never recommend to add technical tasks to your business processes. at least the hack works? Well, with JBPM5 and BPMN2 things have changed and I'm a bit lost here. [JBoss Messaging] - Clustering and failover question

It is running on jboss 5.1 with oracle as an underlying database. We are facing the following problem relating to jms clustering. 1. Initially both node1 and node2 are up and running with node1 as the master node. 2. The ESB application uploads a message to the queue with name "queue_a" through node1. 3. We stop node1. Now only node2 is running and it has taken over as the master node. 4. We UNSUCCESSFULLY try to consume the message in "queue_a" through node2. No error message appears but message remains in the queue. Basically the client waits in the blocking read message method. If we perform a select on the messaging database we can find the message we posted on "queue_a" but "queue_a" appears 2 times in the post_office table, one time per each node_id. Is there a way to configure jboss messaging so that a node that is running can read the messages of a node that has failed or has been shut down?
