To view the discussion, visit: https://community.jboss.org/message/728821#728821 -------------------------------------------------------------- As we know, there are four war file under the "jbpm-installer\jboss-as-7.0.2.Final\standalone\deployments" (default installation). * designer.war * drools-guvnor.war * jbpm-gwt-console-server.war * jbpm-gwt-console.war I mean, for example, the sources of "jbpm-gwt-console.war\WEB-INF\classes\org\jboss\bpm\console\client\*.class" Though we can obtain some sources from "http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbpm/files/jBPM%205/jbpm-5.2.0.Final/jbpm...", it isn't the full set. And we can't find them under the github "https://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm" either. Our purpose is to shield some detail features and preserve some necessary features, then integrate them into our web application. By the way, Is our approach right? It would be interesting to log which user had to complete the task when the node was entered but I can't find the right method in the API. It seems to me that there is no special human task node class to request the ActorId. Does anybody have a solution for this problem? I want to access the ID in my event listener class. The solution was to create a web dynamic project in eclipse and to initialize the knowledge base in a servlet. Then I created a web service in this project and sent the external event in the exposed method. I exported my project as a .war file using eclipse and put it into the webapps folder of my Tomcat installation. I am new to JBPM 5. I tried some exemple and deploy them into JBPM console it was good and simple. But now in my training i have to define a real process like request of vacation and to developp my client using JSP or flex. My problem is that i have not find any tutorial who work issu thi example or a similar one and i can't find how to bind between jBPM and my client. Also i have a problem to persist jbpm using mySQL. [jBPM] - Process Deployment

I've a working demo environment with guvnor repository. I konw that I can add my BPMv2 file to guvnor to run it from jbpm console. But, in eclipse I am using webservices in the jbpm project (webservice is called in the main method of the jbpm project). How can I deploy such a process to jbpm console? I could not find any detailed documentation about that. I have some understanding problems between the relation of the BPMv2 process file and the additional code I write in eclipse. [jBPM] - Usage of Timer in JBPM 5.2

The way i designed my JBPM process invocation is to have a separate ksession for each process instance. The ksessions are disposed once the processis started. The timers fail and i have figiured out why. The JIRA https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-3170 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-3170 explains why. The timers do not work when the ksessions are persisted. The workaround options i have (as far as i understand) are as follows - Use a single KSession for all processes (Ruled out as my application will get deployed in multiple servers. And the process has human tasks. So i do need persisted sessions). - Do not dispose the ksession until the process is complete (This too wont work for the same reason as above. The Human task can be executed from any of the servers where my app is deployed. So it will need to use a persisted ksession). Any bright ideas on how to work around this ?? If anyone has cracked this, do let me know. There was one other workarounf suggested for JBPM 5.1 which suggested the usage of a seperate ksession for the timer. Dint quite understand how that can be achieved ! The timer issue seems to be a killer issue. Hoping it gets fixed soon. It makes the timer pretty much unusable in the context a production grade application.
