[JNDI and Naming] - Lookups from jboss 7 to jboss 4

Hello, a couple years ago I created and deployed 2 applications that work together on jboss 4. Now, I want to migrate one of them (because the other one is too coupled to jboss 4) to jboss 7 but I have a problem when I make the lookups calls. When I make a lookup on my current server (jboss 7) everything works good, but when I try to make the jboss 4 lookups this message is shown

- My original Initial Context code (when the the app was on jboss 4) was this:

env.put("java.naming.provider.url", url);
InitialContext ctx = new InitialContext(env);
and I used to make the lookups this way:
client = (Client) ctx.lookup("Appear/ClientBean/remote");
- My new Initial Context code (Jboss 7) is this:
Properties env = new Properties();
env.put("java.naming.factory.initial", "org.jboss.as.naming.InitialContextFactory"); //this change
env.put("java.naming.factory.url.pkgs", "org.jboss.naming:org.jnp.interfaces");
env.put("java.naming.provider.url", Params.getValue("com.ogangi.mimampp3.NAMING_PROVIDER_URL"));
InitialContext ctx = new InitialContext(env);
and a I still make same the lookups:
client = (Client) ctx.lookup("Appear/ClientBean/remote");
Any Idea?

I have a simple Jsf+Jpa app in Eclipse indigo. I am using Oracle 10d database and want to run the app on JBoss-5.0.0 GA. I have added oracle-ds.xml , xa-oracle-ds.xml file in C:\servers\jboss-5.0.0.GA\server\default\deploy and added application-policy in login-config.xml file, but I am still getting the below exception

[jBPM] - jbpm ran fine for 1 day, now is broken.. :)

Once I got the jBPM 5.3 up and running, by the means of calling standalone.bat after "ant start.demo.noeclipse", I reviewed the deployments folder and cleared the dot failed files, cleaned the logq and started back again but now typing "ant start.demo". (see this time I wanted to start Eclipse).
Now, the interesting finding was that after Eclipse was launched, I see the ant output more clean now with

*start.jboss5:*
*check.jboss.version:*
*start.jboss7:*
*start.eclipse:*
*start.demo:*
*BUILD SUCCESSFUL*
*Total time: 38 seconds*
and now when I browse the activvity in the "deployments" folder I can see several .ISDEPLOYING files so started to feel more
confident to the start script with Eclipse as it is scheduling all the war deplyments. Cool...
After some like 5 minutes, I checked all deployments failed and the *server.log* shows lots of entries like the ones below

the only thing I changed was the way I exceuted ant from "noeclipse" and without Eclipse.
What is missing now?

I've configured JBoss AS7 to listen as follows:
