This is what we are wondering - where do the settings come from?  They do not match those used by Eclipse itself. For example, we need to raise the memory limits via VM arguments (the defaults appear to be -Xms256m -Xmx768m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m).  We also need to set java.awt.headless=true so as to not freeze the Dock in Mac OS after the server shuts down. When you choose Properties on the Runtime Configuration in the Server area, there are almost no options shown.  Is there a way to specify arguments passed to the VM when starting the server?
