I also get the message JBossIDE JBossAS Adapter Feature (1.0.0.200706241629-nightly) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core (1.1.0)", or equivalent. when using help->software updates->find and install->search for new features and then try and install a new feature e.g. subclipse.
