If they are JSR-168 (and soon JSR-286) compliant portlets, there shouldn't be any problem: compliant portlets will deploy (and work) on any compliant portal server. That said, JSR-168 left a lot to be desired in terms of functionality so portal vendors often extended the standard with proprietary APIs.
