[JCA/JBoss] - Idle Timeout Default - jboss-user

If the idle-timeout-minutes attribute is not set  for a database connection datasource, is
there a default?  

What happens to idle connections?

Is there a JBoss global setting for idle connections that would span across all
datasources if the value is not set?
