On backend side there is a JmsXA configured like here http://community.jboss.org/message/438007#438007 http://community.jboss.org/message/438007#438007 and client side there is spring configuration DefaultmessageListenerContainer with concurrentConsumers=1 and  cacheLevelName property set to CACHE_CONSUMER.
