OK, messages like "Associate sso id 5FA6BEF297272CD734130D4DAC707A4B with session SessionBasedClusteredSession" are telling me the SSO has been established. I'm not really sure what to tell you; everything you are doing seems fine. All I can think of is to check your browser to make sure it has a JSESSIONIDSSO cookie and a jsessionid cookie.
