The problem might be that eclipse trying to instantiate internal browser based on mozilla
to show Intro. Try add  line below

browser-choice=1

to file
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.browser.prefs

It will switch eclipse to using external browser and SWT version of Intro.
