yep, thanks, I already got a copy of the XA adapter from another jboss install and placed it in my deploy. The datasource seems to be okay but I am now getting UnSerializable exceptions when accessing my ejbs.... The jBoss logs doesn't seem to tell me much though about which classes are not serializable... thanks for your help anyway...
