[Clustering/JBoss] - How to define a dependency on singletons - jboss-user

How do I specify in my service.xml file that I am dependent on a singleton when my service
runs on the non master node ?

Or can I be assured that singletons are started before services put in the regular deploy
or farm directories ?

I am specifically worried about JMS queues/topics being available before I try to sent a
message.
