Within Eclipse / JBDS, do: Help > About > Features

Then compare those versions with what's on the various update sites.

Or, use these rules:

JBDS 2.0.0 ~= JBT 3.0.0
JBDS 2.1.0 ~= JBT 3.0.x + extra runtime support
JBDS 3.0.0 ~= JBT 3.1.0
