Thanks a lot Peter J, thanks a lot for pointing out the exact error which was causing it to fail. i have fixed the problem,it is working pretty much fine now :) . The main problem was with the creation of threads it self, the HPUX machine has kernal tunable parameter "max_thread_proc" set with value 64 which is a static kernal tunable parameter. i have changed it to 512 and rebuild the kernal and rebooted the machine.
