[Beginners Corner] - Web Console is not loading - jboss-user

I'm running JBoss 4.0 in Eclipse and can run the JMX Console and the Tomcat Status but
when I try to get the WebConsole up I get a 404 message below.

type Status report

message /web-console/

description The requested resource (/web-console/) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5

Any insight would be appreciated!
