[EJB/JBoss] - What append when a Session bean timed out? - jboss-user

Hello all,

I want to know what append when a Stateful session bean meet it's timeout.
What do the container? 

Does it call the close method?
Simply destroy the bean?
What else?

I found many informations about setting timeout but nothing about this.
