[JBoss Tools (users)] - JBoss tools - jboss-user

I downloaded all the eclipse plugins from

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/release/2.1.2.GA/

But I am not able to setup the JBoss AS within eclipse, infact the JBoss IDE option itself
is not shown.

What am I doing wrong? Is there any guide which explains the installation procedure.
