It seems, that seam 2.0 doesnt allow to implement a "normal" phaseListener.
If I implent the phaseListener the "normal" way, nothing happens!

But now I have the problem, that if I make it with the observer it work's but not if i
have ajax elements on my page. (Aren't they in the ViewRoot?)
