Shefali, Maybe you did not register the ticket service in the service catalog. To check this, point your browser to http://localhost:8080/jbpm-bpel/partners.jsp and make sure the ticket service is listed there. If you do not see it, you can register it using the form that also appears in that page. You can also use Ant to register partner services.
