[EJB/JBoss] - How can we get the Password of Sybase for EJB instead of har - jboss-user

Hi

I am using the EJB's with JBoss for Sybase database.

I want to get the password of the Sybase Database in sybase-ds.xml instead of hard coding
it.

If anybody knows that please let me know that and send me the details/informations @
