I found a work around and am posting for anyone else having this problem. Internal clients (no internet) fix for Windows devices. In IE 6.0, Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced Uncheck "Check for publisher's certificate revocation" Uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)" This did the trick for me.
