[Clustering/JBoss] - Loadbalancing & clustering - jboss-user

Hi, I have been reading the documentation aout load balancing, and it is always mentioned
with clustering, 

  Do you have to have use clustering to enable load balancing?, or can you implement load
balancing seperatly?
