You can add any ant script onto the end of your project's build process, which Eclipse will make happen automatically whenever you save changes to a java file. Right click on your project and go into Properties > Builders > New... > Ant Build > OK. A dialog will pop up to ask you for your ant script and you can configure which target(s) to run etc...
