I've actually filed a bug against this. See http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-3759. The bug report includes details of how to reproduce the problem; I'd like to know if anyone has succeeded. By the way, this issue may indicate that something is very broken in JBoss/Tomcat integration. Here one application (the BIRT viewer) can break an unrelated one (just a simple JSP page).
