[JNDI/Naming/Network] - other applications using jboss reserved port 1098 - jboss-user

Hi,
I have some problems with Jboss port 1098.
Sometimes other application takes port 1098, which means JBoss cannot start up
completely.

Is there any chance to reserve this port for Jboss without modify the environment (set
registry or something like that)?
