Do you have a firewall running? If so, have you blocked java.exe from acting as a server? Based on what I see here, you should be able to access the home directory using http://localhost:8080 or http://127.0.0.1:8080. You will not be able to access it via your hostname or host's IP address (for the reason why, see the readme file, the items in the configuration changes section).
