Simon,

If it's in the API, I don't see it anywhere I'd expect.

Here's some idea of how to check this... look in
jpdl\jar\src\main\java\org\jbpm\db\hibernate.queries.hbm.xml.

Find the query/queries that do what you want, then search for where they're used to
see if they're exposed in an API.

Please share what you find.
