removing no-conversation-view-id from components.xml seems not the right way to do it. There are cases users do need to be redirected when conversation doesn't exist. I think the correct behaviour should to create a new conversation when @Being annotated method is invoked and cid's value can't be found. Should I raise it as a bug in JIRA?
