Yes, this is exactly the point I was trying to make. If JBoss supplied a maven repo, you wouldn't have to perform all the manual library setup steps that are needed to get up and running. Maven makes development more streamlined. If JBoss provided the necessary dependencies in a repo, JBoss development would be more streamlined.
