For those who might be interested in the solution - I put these VM arguments in
"Start Args" tab in Launch configuration:

-Xms128m -Xmx512m 
-javaagent:C:\APPS\jboss\jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\lib\pluggable-instrumentor.jar
