Well, I finally solved my problem. It turned out that the problem was in JSF libs installed by JEMS installer. The JBoss application server installer installs myfaces libs 1.1.1 in server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar\jsf-libs but jboss-seam uses newer 1.1.3 myfaces libs.
