Thanks of lot for the tip.

It seems to work ; I say "seems" because I still have to test my application to
make sure it has not broken anything somewhere else.

Still, this use to work (serving UTF-8 encoded js static file trough Seam Filter) in seam
1.2.1 ... it might a bug that it does not work anymore (?) in 1.3.
