You set a different Manager implementation like so:

@Name("org.jboss.seam.core.manager")
  | public class MyManager extends Manager
  | {
  |    //do anything you like
  | }

I have considered allowing page-scoped resource bundles, for other reasons, and we may
well do this at some stage.
