[JBoss jBPM] - Integration between external process and jbpm - jboss-user

Recently I developed a server which gets messages on socket and provides the message to
the jbpm using context variable. It works nice and fine

I was wondering if there exists other mechanisms too to provide data to jbpm except as
context variable.

I am new to jbpm your input will be highly appreciated.
