Hi I see the same thing, but couldn't yet analyse the problem more deeply. I found out that the Wizard works for adding instances to pages, however this is nothing more than a cheap workaround. As I was the one who wrote both the AD wiki entry and the one about admin privileges, I guess I'll be the one who has to try to find a solution to this. I'll keep you updated on my findings.
