[JBoss jBPM] - How to define DataTypes in a JPDL file???? - jboss-user

Where can we define the variable types (Like:  'pickupDate' is a variable of
'date-format', 'Address' is a variable of 'String' type, etc.) in
a JPDL file??? Is there any way to define the DateTypes in JPDL, as we usually define in
an XPDL file.
