hi, there should be no need to run the annotation compiler afaik. have you looked at the injboss examples provided in the distro? did you get them to work? from what you've provided its not easy to see the error. i would recommend that you try to modify some of the examples to fit you need or try to post with more info here. - there have been a lot of questions regarding deployments within jboss earliers so you might find an answer in earlier threads.
