QA process needs to finish and then mirrors need to get the image...

It should be there in the next few days.

If you cannot wait, you can do:
svn co http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/portal/tags/JBoss_Portal_2_6_0_ALPHA2/

and compile (see the doc)

Note that the released package could be slightly different.
