If you have consumed messages via a message consumer and then roll back, the same session will receive the same stream of messages. This behaviour is as specified in the JMS spec. (1.1, sectons 4.4.7 and 4.4.11) If you have the same message consumer(s) open on that session, then it will receive the same messages. BTW I would strongly recommend you upgrade to 1.4.0.
