This is very curious. The index.html file that you listed is the default home page for JBoss. So it is sitting there in the correct location. So you should be able to view it in the browser. Were there any errors in the command window during startup? Are you running a firewall on your XP box? Such as the built-in firewal or Zone Alarm?
