Thanks Gavin. I have icefaces.jar in the root of the EAR and also in WEB-INF/lib in the WAR. Do you mean for the icefaces.jar to be copied to a second location in the EAR? If so what is a normal location and could you point me in the direction of how to configure this? I don't know how to configure a different classloader in an EAR. Much appreciated. Damian.
