Congratulations, you have install JBoss AS! (There is no "installer" to run.) At this point, make sure that JAVA_HOME is set to a directory where the JDK is installed, then open a command prompt, cd to the "bin" directory within the JBoss AS installation directory, and enter: run On reading your post again, I have this thought: why do you think it did not install?
