[JBoss Messaging] - Jboss-4.2.3 takes lot of time to load - jboss-user

Hi, 

We have deployed jboss-4.2.3.GA with jboss-messaging-1.4.0.SP3 in our production
environment. 

Currently we are facing an issue as whenever we starting the Jboss with huge amount of
pending messages, it takes lot of time to load.

Can any one please tell me how to resolve this issue.
