Hi, It seems like 128m is enough memory for most implementations. Yes supply a stack trace. You could also try jconsole to monitor JBoss and see if it shows how much Perm space is actually used. The other thing you might do is check the bug fixes for 4.0.5GA to see if there is any memory leak issue with the version of JBoss you are using.
